Common use of Power and Authorization Clause in Contracts

Power and Authorization. Borrower has the power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to execute and deliver the Note and all other Loan Documents. This Agreement and all things required by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents have been duly authorized by all requisite action of Borrower.

Power and Authorization. The Borrower has is duly authorized and empowered to execute, deliver and perform this Agreement, the power Note and authority to enter into all other documents executed by it in connection with the Loan (the “Loan Documents”). All company action on the part of Borrower requisite for the due creation and execution of this Agreement and to execute and deliver Agreement, the Note and all other Loan Documents. This Agreement and all things required by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents have executed has been duly authorized by all requisite action of Borrowerand effectively taken.
