Autonomy. The Governing Board shall exercise substantive control over such areas as personnel decisions, financial decisions, curriculum and instruction, resource allocation, establishing and monitoring the achievement of school improvement goals, and school operations, which are listed by way of example and not by limitation.

Autonomy. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Contractor will have full control over working time, methods, and decision making in relation to provision of the Services in accordance with the Agreement. The Contractor will work autonomously and not at the direction of the Client. However, the Contractor will be responsive to the reasonable needs and concerns of the Client.

Autonomy. 6.1 The Physician will provide the Services under this Contract in accordance with applicable standards of law, professional ethics and medical practice and any Agency policies, by- laws, rules, and regulations that are not inconsistent with or represent a material change to the terms of this Contract. 6.2 Subject to clause 6.1, the Physician is entitled to professional autonomy in the provision of the Services.
