Power Producer Obligations. The Power Producer shall be responsible for all income taxes and any and all franchise fees or similar fees assessed against it due to its ownership of the System. The Power Producer shall not be obligated for any taxes payable by or assessed against Purchaser based on or related to Purchasers overall income or revenues.
