Power Producer's Construction Responsibilities. 4.7.1 The Power Producer shall be responsible for design, engineering, supply, erection, testing and Commissioning along with Comprehensive Operation &Maintenance of the grid interactive rooftop solar PV Project, with desired level of performance, for a period of 25 Operational Years of the Project in accordance with the following, it being clearly understood that in the event of inconsistency between two or more of the following, the order of priority as between them shall be the order in which they are placed, with ‘applicable law’ being the first:
