Power Shift. (a) The power shift would commence at 6:45 p.m. and end at 3:00 a.m., and would run on a daily basis seven days a week. The hours for the "power shift" may be changed seasonally from 6:45 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., depending on Department needs.
