Power System Operators II Floaters. Full-time Power System Operators II who are employed with or hired by the City between July 1 and December 31 of each year shall receive twelve (12) hours of additional leave with pay, during the fiscal year. Full- time Power System Operators II who are hired by the City between January 1 and June 30 of each year shall receive six (6) hours of additional leave with pay during the fiscal year.
