Power to Modify Foregoing Procedures. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this Article VII, the Directors may prescribe, in their absolute discretion, such other bases and times for determining the net income and net assets of the Company and of each class as they may deem necessary or desirable to enable the Company to comply with any provision of the 1940 Act, any rule or regulation thereunder, or any order of exemption issued by said Commission, all as in effect now or hereafter amended or modified.
