Thereafter, Client shall provide, in a timely manner, all reasonably necessary assistance, information, and documents that Agency may need to respond to obligor validation requests or discovery inquiries relating to a Referred Account. Client further agrees to provide Agency with information concerning all direct payments, adjustments, and disputes on a Referred Account within a timely manner, not to exceed thirty (30) days.
