Practitioner Roles and Responsibilities. a. Practitioners participating in an SPG cycle are responsible for meeting the current District standards of performance (see Essential Element Rubrics). b. For the first time through the Professional Practice Phase, all practitioners shall attend a two-day training. For those that attend training outside of the regular work year, they shall be paid at their per diem rate. c. To ensure the integrity of the system and to address possible refinements after the first SPG cycle, additional training, not to exceed two (2) hours, may be required each time through the cycle. Compensation shall be at the practitioner’s pro rata share of their per diem rate if outside of the work year.
