PRANKS AND PRACTICAL JOKES. Any action that violates the Residence Community Standards, regardless of whether or not that action was intended as a prank, will be regarded as a violation and treated accordingly. Clean-up of any mess created by pranks is the responsibility of the people involved. Any additional staff time required for this type of clean-up will be billed to the person(s) or floor responsible. Results depend on the situation.

  • Security Practices Dell has implemented corporate information security practices and standards that are designed to safeguard the Dell’s corporate environment and to address: (1) information security; (2) system and asset management; (3) development; and (4) governance. These practices and standards are approved by the Dell CIO and undergo a formal review on an annual basis.

  • LOCKS AND KEYS The RESIDENT MAY NOT install additional locking devices or other security devices in the PREMISES without the written consent from the MANAGEMENT. If approved, the RESIDENT will supply the MANAGEMENT office with duplicate keys. The RESIDENT shall not alter or modify in any way any locks provided by the MANAGEMENT. The RESIDENT shall be responsible to restore the PREMISES to the exact condition as it was prior to the installation of locks or other security devices and all damages to the PREMISES shall be paid to the MANAGEMENT by the RESIDENT. Upon termination of this LEASE, RESIDENT shall surrender to the MANAGEMENT all keys issued to the PREMISES or be liable for costs incurred to replace the locks and keys.

  • SAFETY PRACTICES (a) i Employees requiring glasses must wear glasses, preferably with safety lenses instead of contact lenses while on the job site. ii W.C.B. approved safety footwear must be worn at all times while on the job site. iii Employee attire will be in conformance with W.C.B.
