LOCKS AND KEYS definition

LOCKS AND KEYS. The Resident will receive keys for their living unit and for the mailbox. Resident may not change locks or add locks without written permission. Any added locks become Xxxxxx Village property. Smoking: There is no smoking allowed in any of the common areas or units within the Village Center.
LOCKS AND KEYS. We shall provide a lock for your exterior doors which is considered safe by our industry. So as not to restrict our ability to provide you with maintenance and emergency service, you agree that no additional locks shall be placed upon any doors of the premises nor shall locks be changed without prior written consent. Upon termination of this Lease, you shall return all keys to the premises. A reasonable charge will be made for lockouts.

LOCKS AND KEYS. The LANDLORD shall provide a lock for the exterior doors. So as not to constrict the LANDLORD's ability to provide maintenance and emergency service, the TENANT agrees that no additional locks shall be placed on any of the doors of the premises or shall any locks be changed, unless The LANDLORD authorizes such additional locks or changes to be made in writing. Upon termination of this lease agreement, the TENANT shall return to the LANDLORD all keys to the premises. If the TENANT requests a door to be unlocked or a replacement key the TENANT will incur a $75.00 fee. BEDBUGS: It is understood between LANDLORD and TENANT that extermination of any bedbugs brought onto the premises shall be the responsibility of the TENANT. LANDLORD shall aid the TENANT with contracting and scheduling of contractor for the extermination, but the financial responsibility of said extermination shall be the sole responsibility of the TENANT.
LOCKS AND KEYS. Tenants shall not place additional locks on any of the doors in said Building and shall have no additional keys made except as shall be furnished by Landlord upon request.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property.
