Pre-Application Checklist. 1. For all projects in the City where the Port is the project proponent, the Port shall submit a completed Pre-Application Checklist (“Checklist”) in order for the Parties to identify and discuss certain permitting and development requirements addressed in the Checklist. A copy of the Checklist is shown in Appendix 5A.
