Pre-Approval. Application for reimbursement shall be prepared on a form provided by the SFMTA Department of Human Resources. Courses require pre-approval by the Appointing Officer (or designee) and the SFMTA Human Resources Department, which shall not be unreasonably denied. Such application for tuition reimbursement shall be made prior to the date of enrollment in the course and, if approved by the Appointing Officer (or designee) and the SFMTA Human Resources Department, reimbursement shall be paid upon successful completion of the course.
