Interim Review. Either party may apply to any court having jurisdiction hereof and seek preliminary injunctive relief until such time as the arbitration award is rendered or the controversy is otherwise resolved.
Interim Review. An interim review may be conducted by the Authority if:
1. A person with income joins Tenant’s household;
2. Tenant can verify a change in Tenant’s circumstances (such as a decline in or loss of income due to circumstances beyond the resident’s control) that would justify a reduction in monthly rent or switching to the income-based rent option for rent determination;
3. It is found that Tenant has misrepresented the facts upon which the monthly rent amount is based so that the rent Tenant is actually being charged is less than the rent that Tenant would have been charged if the misrepresentation has not been made; or
4. Rent determination formulas or procedures are changed by applicable law.
Interim Review. The goals will be discussed at designated time intervals in accordance with the master agreement. During this discussion, the continuing validity of goals and progress toward these goals will be reviewed.

(3) Final Evaluation Procedure The final report of the project must be presented to the co-chairs of the LPDC at least ten days prior to the requested date of final consideration. The individual or sponsoring group must be available for interview by the LPDC at its discretion. Financial grants and PACs will be reviewed for final approval upon successful completion (or at times designated by the LPDC in the case of an extremely lengthy project). A resume of the completed project, including the suggested financial grant or PACs to be received, will be sent to the Superintendent/designee for his/her recommendation before being presented to the Board for its approval.
(e) Professional Activities
(1) Administratively Selected Faculty Committee or Councils Such groups might study problems, conduct surveys, review curriculum, etc. A written summary of the group's activities and hours of participation by each member must be submitted by the chairperson of the group to the LPDC for PACs or reimbursement by the Board.
(2) Service on Committees or Councils Active participation on professional committees or councils will be considered for PACs or grants. The LPDC will decide the frequency and number of units to be granted for serving in any particular capacity.
(3) Workshops or Conventions Workshops or conventions held at times other than the regular contract day, provided the member does not receive monetary compensation other than reimbursement of expenses will be considered for PACs or grants. A written report of convention or conference activities must be prepared for distribution to appropriate colleagues. Chaperoning or leading a type of student trip outside the State of Ohio will be considered to qualify under this subsection (e) for no more than 3 PACs once per class.

If, during the period for which this Collective Agreement has been agreed, extraordinary circumstances arise surrounding training and development, which, in the opinion of one or more of the contracting organisations, should give rise to interim amendments to this Collective Agreement, each organisation is entitled to invite the other contractors to hold a discussion. The parties involved in the SOOB Collective Agreement may, as a result, amend the SOOB Collective Agreement in the interim, following mutual agreement.
Interim Review. If, during the period for which this Collective Agreement has been agreed, extraordinary circumstances arise, which, in the opinion of one or more of the contracting organisations, should give rise to interim amendments to this Collective Agreement, each organisation is entitled to invite the other contractors to hold a discussion. The parties involved in the Collective Agreement may, as a result, amend the Collective Agreement in the interim, following mutual agreement.
Interim Review. (1) The purpose of the Interim Review is for the candidate to present the progress of research and receive feedback on areas for improvement.
(2) The Interim Review shall be conducted only for candidates who have demonstrated at the above Proposal Review their readiness to begin writing the thesis and have submitted a draft of the thesis for the Interim Review.
(3) A draft of the thesis for the Interim Review shall be no more than 80,000 words in length in English or 200,000 characters in Japanese, except as may be otherwise approved by the supervisor.
(4) The Interim Review shall be open to the public, except for the deliberations on the decision to pass or fail, which shall take place in a closed meeting.
(5) The duration of the Interim Review shall roughly be as follows depending on the discipline: ⚫ Discipline of law and politics: approximately 105 minutes in duration, including 30 minutes of presentation by the candidate and the subsequent question and answer session. ⚫ Discipline of economics: approximately 105 minutes in duration, including 60 minutes of presentation by the candidate and the subsequent question and answer session.
(6) The Interim Review shall be conducted by a minimum of five members of the faculty (who hold a primary appointment or secondary appointment) in the Department of International Public Policy, which shall include three members from the discipline of the thesis, one member from outside the discipline, and one member with practical experience.
(7) When deemed necessary, other members may be elected, with the approval of the Education Council of the Department of International Public Policy, from the University faculty outside the Graduate School, or graduate schools and research institutes outside the University. The number of other members shall be included in a minimum of five members and basically be less than half of the whole members.
(8) The Evaluation Committee shall make one of the following recommendations as results with comments of Interim Review: ⚫ Pass ⚫ Conditional Pass: with comments on areas for minor revision. ⚫ Fail: with comments on areas for improvement.
Interim Review. [***] after the Effective Date, the Chief Executive of AstraZeneca, or his nominee who shall be of at least Executive Vice-President status within AstraZeneca, and the Chief Executive of CAT shall meet to review and discuss progress in the Alliance.
