Common use of Pre-Approval Clause in Contracts

Pre-Approval. Reimbursement must be requested by the teacher and approved by both the school principal and the Superintendent in advance of enrollment. Approval for Courses that take place during the teacher’s normal work day shall be at the sole discretion of the Superintendent with recommendation from the school principal.
