Common use of PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION. In addition to the notice requirements contained in the Agreement, Seller, or the owner or master of a Vessel chartered by Seller, shall: (a) Give notice in writing to Buyer, or the operator of the Refinery, of the estimated time of arrival (“ETA”) of any scheduled Vessel at [REDACTED] before the expected arrival at the Refinery. (b) Promptly notify Buyer, or the operator of the Refinery, in writing about a new ETA if the ETA advances or recedes by [REDACTED] or more after the [REDACTED] ETA notice has been given. (c) Furnish, as reasonably requested by Buyer, additional data in writing, about the Vessel’s dimensions, equipment and certificates, as well as the nature and estimated duration of the anticipated cargo handling and other operations at the Refinery based on Vessel’s pumping capabilities, such information to be actually received by Buyer not later than [REDACTED] before the Vessel’s arrival at the Refinery.
