Common use of PRE-CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES Clause in Contracts

PRE-CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. (a) On or before the commencement of the Work, Tenant shall submit the Plans (as hereinafter defined) for the Work, which Plans shall be subject to Landlord’s approval which will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Prior to commencement of the Work, Tenant shall submit the following information and items to Landlord for Landlord’s review and approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed:

Prior to commencement of the Work, Tenant shall also submit the following information and items to Landlord for Landlord’s review and approval, which will approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned withheld or delayed:;
