Pre- Disciplinary Counseling. Within ten (10) work days of the occurrence of the inappropriate behavior, the supervisor and employee will meet to discuss the employee's behavior. The discussion focuses on actions that the employee must take to bring his/her behavior in line with established rules and regulations and/or expectation standards of job performance.
