Pre-Filing Tolling Period. Any deadline to file a lawsuit will be extended up to a maximum of 60 consecutive days after CenturyLink receives your Notice of Claim (“Pre-Filing Tolling Period”). If you fail to respond to a reasonable request from CenturyLink for missing or additional information, then the Pre-Filing Tolling Period will end 14 consecutive days after the date of CenturyLink’s request.
