Pre-installation Conferences. A. When required in individual specification sections, schedule and convene a pre- installation conference at the project site prior to commencing work of the section. B. Notify Project Manager four (4) days in advance of conference date. C. Preside at conference, record minutes, and distribute copies within two (2) days after conference to participants.
