Common use of Pre-Observation Clause in Contracts

Pre-Observation. A. For formal observations, the teacher will complete the Pre­observation Lesson Plan document (Form C) and bring it to the scheduled pre- observation conference. B. The teacher and evaluator will meet and discuss the lesson plan and identify any specific areas of focus, establish a date for the formal observation, and discuss professional activities to be observed, including their content, objectives, strategies, and possible evidence to meet the scoring criteria. (The goals may be referenced, if applicable). C. At the request of either party, a pre observation conference shall be held.

The teacher and evaluator will meet and shall establish a date for the formal observation then conduct the pre-observation conference in order to discuss the lesson plan and plan, identify any specific areas of focus, establish a date for the formal observation, and discuss professional activities to be observed, observed including their content, objectives, strategies, and possible evidence to meet the scoring criteria.
