Common use of Pre-Proposal Conference Clause in Contracts

Pre-Proposal Conference. When applicable, a pre-proposal conference may be scheduled to allow Proposer’s to view the jobsite and/or ask questions concerning the specifications or proposal content. If a pre-proposal conference is to be held, the date, time, and location will be indicated on the RFP documents, and the conference will be designated to be either optional or mandatory.
