Full Season Packages In order to reserve the Site for the entire season, CLIENT must pay to TAILGATE GUYS fifty percent (50%) of the Package Price immediately. If payment is not made within seven (7) days of the Effective Date, CLIENT may not be able to reserve the Site. The balance of the Package Price shall be due on the July 1 preceding the applicable football season. Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.
Christmas Closedown 15.1 It is agreed that whenever annual leave is taken in conjunction with the Christmas/New Year period (as per Calendar in sub-clause 2.11), it is to be taken in accordance with the following procedure.
Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.
OGS Centralized Contract: Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in and applicable to the Contract. Work Day and Work Week (A) The normal hours of work for all full-time employees shall be thirty-five (35) hours per week, or seventy (70) hours per two consecutive weeks. All employees are entitled to thirty-two (32) consecutive hours free from work each week, unless overtime rates are paid, as per Article 29.02.

Commercial Operation Date (COD) Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”). The Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex shall enter into commercial service on COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to demand and collect Fee in accordance with provisions of Article 27 and that the entry of Bus Terminal or part thereof into commercial service shall always be subject to compliance with the provisions of Clause 18.3 and Clause 26.2.
