Full Season Packages. In order to reserve the Site for the entire season, CLIENT must pay to TAILGATE GUYS fifty percent (50%) of the Package Price immediately. If payment is not made within seven (7) days of the Effective Date, CLIENT may not be able to reserve the Site. The balance of the Package Price shall be due on the July 1 preceding the applicable football season. If the order is on or after June 15, the entire balance of the Package Price shall be immediately due and payable. If any payment due has not been received within seven

The balance of the Package Price shall be due on the July 15 preceding the applicable football season. If the order is on or after June 15, the entire balance of the Package Price shall be immediately due and payable. If any payment due has not been received within seven (7) days of its due date , TAILGATE GUYS reserves the right to terminate this Agreement. If any payment is made by credit card, e-check or ACH, TAILGATE GUYS may, but shall not be required to, automatically process the payment for any remainder of the Package Price at any time on or after July 15th, and CLIENT hereby authorizes such charges.
Full Season Packages. For all Full Season Packages , if CLIENT cancels this Agreement in writing on or prior to June 30, TAILGATE GUYS agrees to refund one hundred percent (100%) of the portion of the Package Price previously paid by CLIENT. If CLIENT cancels this Agreement in writing between July 1 and July 15, TAILGATE GUYS agrees to refund fifty percent (50%) of the portion of the Package Price previously paid by CLIENT. If CLIENT cancels this Agreement in writing after July 15, CLIENT is not entitled to a refund. Where CLIENT has made payment of the total reservation, or any portion thereof, by credit card, CLIENT shall be prohibited from disputing said charge which CLIENT previously authorized TAILGATE GUYS to make. Individual (single game) and Bundled (less than a full season) Game Packages. If CLIENT cancels this Agreement in writing thirty (30) days prior to the event date (the first event date for Bundled Game Packages), TAILGATE GUYS agrees to refund one hundred percent (100%) of the portion of the Package Price previously paid by CLIENT. If CLIENT cancels this Agreement in writing twenty-nine (29) days or less before the event (the first event for Bundled Game Packages), CLIENT is not entitled to a refund. Bundle Game Packages may not be partially refunded under any circumstance. Where CLIENT has made payment of the total reservation, or any portion thereof, by credit card, CLIENT shall be prohibited from disputing said charge which CLIENT previously authorized TAILGATE GUYS to make.
Full Season Packages. This Agreement (and Account Xxxxxx’s commitment to purchase the Full-Season Package for the subsequent NHL Season) will automatically renew for one (1) additional Dallas Stars NHL Season (each a “Renewal Term”) upon the prevailing terms and conditions as set by the Dallas Stars, unless Account Holder cancels their Account (as more fully described below). Thereafter, this Agreement will continue to automatically renew unless Account Holder exercises their right to opt-out of the auto- renew process (as more fully described below). Such terms and conditions, which shall include the price of the Full-Season Package for the subsequent NHL Season, will be provided to Account Holder in advance and Account Holder will receive at least twenty- one (21) calendar days to decide if Account Holder would like to purchase the Full-Season Package on the prevailing terms and conditions or cancel Account Holder’s Account. As part of the renewal process, Account Holder will be required to provide the Dallas Stars with written notice of intent to opt-out of a Renewal Term, utilizing the Dallas Stars’ then-current opt-out process which may be online, otherwise Account Holder’s Account will be automatically renewed for the corresponding Renewal Term with no further action required by Account Holder or the Dallas Stars. Time is of the essence with respect to all dates provided by the Dallas Stars for Account Xxxxxx. If Account Holder affirmatively declines to renew the Full-Season Package, all of Account Holder’s rights, titles, and interest in and to the specific seat locations corresponding to the Tickets, as well as other rights, titles and interested extended to Account Holder as a Full-Season Package Account Holder, shall be terminated and forfeited back to the Dallas Stars with no compensation due to Account Holder and no future obligation with respect to those specific seat(s).
