Common use of Pre-Shipment Re-Test Clause in Contracts

Pre-Shipment Re-Test. Subject to the length of the storage period, appropriate maintenance and power up of those units sensitive to inactivity shall be undertaken. Any items exhibiting signs of deterioration shall be subject to appropriate follow up action according to the circumstances. All instances shall be reported to DigitalGlobe. A thorough re-test is required should the storage exceed [**Redacted**]. Details shall be provided in the test requirements document. Appropriate follow up action shall be taken, according to the circumstances, should any problems be detected. The re-test costs shall be at BATC expense if delay and retest were caused by BATC. The re-test costs shall be at DigitalGlobe’s expense if delay and retest were caused by DigitalGlobe.
