MODEL PREAMBLES The tenderer is referred to the "Model Preambles for Trades 2008" for supplementary and comprehensive expansion of descriptions, appropriate provision for which shall be deemed to have been included in all relevant rates SUPPLEMENTARY PREAMBLES Proprietary products in descriptions: Proprietary products shall be used as specified. Substitute products of similar quality and specification may only be used with prior approval by the Principal Agent. Incorporation of Preamble and Recitals The Preamble and Recitals of this Agreement are incorporated into the terms and conditions of this Agreement and made a part thereof.
Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.
Preferred Pricing Affidavit It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide a completed Preferred Pricing Affidavit upon Contract execution and annually thereafter throughout the Contract term in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions.
Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
Preliminary Schedule A preliminary schedule of construction indicating the starting and completion dates of the various stages of the Work, including any information and following any form as may be specified in the Specifications. Once approved by District, this shall become the Construction Schedule. This schedule shall include and identify all tasks that are on the Project’s critical path with a specific determination of the start and completion of each critical path task as well as all Contract milestones and each milestone’s completion date(s) as may be required by the District.
Identification of Construction Documents The Design Professional shall identify the Construction Documents, which shall include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, and all Addenda. The Construction Documents are included within the Contract Documents.
