Common use of PREBID PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

PREBID PROCEDURE. Any regular employee of Company may submit a prebid on any existing job classification and headquarters for which the employee desires consideration in accordance with the following procedure provided the employee does not exceed a combined maximum number of 200 prebids and transfers.
