Precedence of Documents. In the event of inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement, a descending order of precedence, to the extent of the inconsistency, shall be accorded to: a. the Purchase Order; b. Special Terms and Conditions (if any); c. Purchase Order Terms and Conditions; and d. any document incorporated by express reference.
