Common use of PREDELIVERY PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

PREDELIVERY PAYMENTS. 3.3.1 With respect to the firm Aircraft rescheduled pursuant to Paragraph 3.1, the Predelivery Payments already received by the Seller that would not be due if such Aircraft had originally been scheduled to be delivered on the dates set forth in this Amendment, will be [***]. For the avoidance of doubt, [***] in accordance with this Section 3.3.1 will [***] as of the effective date of this Amendment.
