Preferred Price Affidavit Requirement. The Department will provide the Preferred Pricing Affidavit, Exhibit 7, for completion by an authorized representative of Contractor attesting that Contractor is in compliance with the best pricing provision in section 4(b), General Contract Conditions (PUR 1000), Exhibit 5. Contractor agrees to submit to the Department, at least annually, the completed Preferred Pricing Affidavit. Contractor shall provide preferred pricing to the Department when such pricing is offered to any other account with the same scope, features and travel patterns as are required under this Contract.
