Common use of Preferred Provider Program Clause in Contracts

Preferred Provider Program. (1) The parties agree that one (1) or more Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) programs for hospital and physicians’ services may be provided through the Xxxxx County Schools COG Health Insurance Program. Anyone, as of August 1, 2009, who has the traditional Mutual Health Program instead of the PPO, may continue such participation.
