Pregnancy/Parental Leave shall be without regular pay. The Board shall, however, establish a registered and approved Supplementary Employment Insurance Benefit Plan (SUB-P). As part of this plan, the Board shall pay 95% of employee's salary during the two week waiting period. Such salary shall be paid on the last day prior to the commencement of the leave. The Board shall pay its share of the employee's benefits for the statutory period of Pregnancy/Parental Leave granted under the Employment Standards Act.
