Preliminary Cost Estimates. § 2.1.5.1 Based on the current design and other design criteria prepared by the Architect, the Construction Manager shall prepare shall prepare a detailed estimate by trade or scope package, which will be broken down by phase of construction, with supporting data for review by the Architect and approval by the Owner.
