XXXX CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES. The XXXX contractor’s pre-construction services responsibilities are set forth in Sections 2.1 and 2.2. The XXXX contractor’s construction services responsibilities are set forth in Section 2.3. The Owner and XXXX contractor may agree, in consultation with the Designer, for construction to commence prior to completion of the pre-construction services, in which case, both phases may proceed concurrently. The XXXX contractor shall identify a representative authorized to act on behalf of the XXXX contractor with respect to the Project. XXXX contractor and its subcontractors shall perform all Part A: Pre-Construction Services and Part B: Construction Services as described in the Owner’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Owner / XXXX contractor Agreement AIA A133-2009, as modified by Owner, and General Conditions AIA A201-2017, as modified by Owner for Part A: Pre-Construction Services and Part B: Construction Services for this project, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement (contract)”. The Owner’s RFQ and all addenda are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. XXXX contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, and equipment required to perform the pre-construction and construction services as generally described herein. The Parties understand and agree that the project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Part B: Construction Services - XXXX Contractor Responsibility Items A summary of program elements is included in Exhibit C – (Program being posted separately) Part B: Construction Services – XXXX Contractor Coordination / Integration Only Items The following are anticipated / required XXXX contractor coordination / integration scope items included in Part B: Construction Services Independent Testing (any testing not made a requirement of the XXXX contract where required by the construction documents) FF&E (non-fixed furnishings / equipment) Surveys (Geotechnical / Topographic) Photo-Documentation

  • Contractor’s Responsibilities Unless stated specifically to the contrary in the tender with full supporting explanations, the contractor will be deemed to have concurred as a practical manufacturer with the design and layout of the works as being sufficient to ensure reliability and safety in operation, freedom from undue stresses and satisfactory performance in all other essentials as a working material.

  • CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which contractor/renter may be held responsible for damages resulting from contractor/renter’s operations, acts, omissions or negligence. Insurance coverage obtained in the minimum amounts specified above shall not relieve contractor/renter of liability in excess of such minimum coverage, nor shall it preclude the fair from taking other actions available to it under contract documents or by law, including, but not limited to, actions pursuant to contractor/renter’s indemnity obligations. The contractor/renter indemnity obligations shall survive the expiration, termination or assignment of this contract.

  • Supplier’s Responsibilities 14.1 The Supplier shall supply all the Goods and Related Services included in the Scope of Supply in accordance with GCC Clause 12, and the Delivery and Completion Schedule, as per GCC Clause 13.
