Preliminary Projected Enrollment. No later than November 1 of each year, the School shall provide to the Sponsor the School’s Preliminary Projected Enrollment for the following school year. The Preliminary Projected Enrollment shall not constitute a cap on the School’s enrollment for the following school year.
