Preliminary Schedules and Proof of Insurance. A. A preliminary progress schedule indicating the times (number of days or dates) for starting and completing the various stages in the design and construction of the Work is attached as Exhibit K. A preliminary Schedule of Values for all of the Work, which includes quantities and prices of items aggregating the Contract Price, subdivides the Work into component parts to serve as the basis for progress payments during performance of the Work and includes a pro rata amount of overhead and profit applicable to each item of Work is attached hereto as Exhibit L. B. Before any Work is started, DESIGN/BUILDER and OWNER shall each deliver to the other, with copies to each additional insured, certificates of insurance (and other evidence of insurance which either of them or any additional insured may reasonably request) which DESIGN/BUILDER and OWNER respectively are required to purchase and maintain in accordance with paragraphs 5.02.A, 5.04.A and 5.04.B.
