Effective October 1, 2013, the City shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the combined dental and vision benefit premium for full-time bargaining unit members. Effective August 9, 2014, the City shall contribute ninety-five percent (95%) of the combined dental and vision benefit premium for full-time bargaining unit members, and full-time bargaining unit members shall pay five percent (5%) of the combined dental and vision care insurance premium.
