Premium Cost Share Sample Clauses
Premium Cost Share. Option 2 (HDHP) and the Flex Dental Plan described above shall be the core insurance plans for which teachers will pay the below-listed percentage of the applicable premium and the Board will pay the remaining percentage. Any teacher wishing to remain in Option 1 for will pay the difference between the Board’s share of Option 2, including the Board’s contribution towards the HDHP/HSA deductible amount, and the total cost of the applicable premium for Option 1.
Premium Cost Share.
A. The premium cost shares set forth below shall be based on the allocation rate or the self-insured equivalent rate:
Premium Cost Share. The EMPLOYER agrees to pay ninety-five percent (95%) of the entire cost of single, two person or full family coverage for hospitalization, medical and dental insurance, and the Employee agrees to pay five percent (5%) of such costs.
Premium Cost Share. The Teacher shall pay: Effective July 1, 2018 the teacher shall pay 20% of the HDHP (medical and Rx) premium; Effective July 1, 2019 the teacher shall pay 21% of the HDHP (medical and Rx) premium;

Option 2 (HSA) and the Flex Dental Plan described above shall be the core insurance plans for which administrators will pay the below-listed percentage of the applicable premium and the Board will pay the remaining percentage. Any administrator wishing to remain in Option 1 will pay the difference between the Board’s share of Option 2, including the Board’s contribution towards the HSA deductible amount, and the total cost of the applicable premium for Option 1. Participating teachers shall pay the following percentages of the premiums for the HDHP/HSA and the Flex Dental Plan described above shall be the core insurance plans for which teachers will pay the below-listed percentage of the applicable premium and the Board will pay the remaining percentage. 2019-20 5.5% 2020-21 6.0% 2021-22 6.5% Should policy costs exceed $10,200 (single) or $27,500 (family) the parties agree to commence mid-term negotiations, in accordance with the provisions Connecticut General Statutes Section 10-153f(e), limited only to only discussion and good faith negotiations with respect to Article XXV, Section A of this Agreement, on or about July 1, 2020 and/or July 1, 2021.
