Common use of Premium Establishment Clause in Contracts

Premium Establishment. The Insurance Committee shall decide the premium amounts for each category and type of medical coverage. The resulting cost per teacher shall, if possible, be communicated in writing to each teacher enrolled in the medical plan at least thirty (30) days before the date on which the premium shall become effective, or otherwise as soon as possible thereafter.
