Premium Location Data for Free. If at any time during the Term any Google Application or Google Service (but excluding the Google Desktop Applications in Rider B) as defined in this Agreement and as provided to Customer can utilize a certain type of Premium Location Data and to the extent that Customer is collecting data of such type, then Customer shall provide Google with all Premium Location Data of that type free of charge. Google may use this free Premium Location Data only in connection with any Google Application or Google Service (but excluding the Google Desktop Applications in Rider B) provided that such Google Application or Google Service is provided to Customer hereunder and provided that such Premium Location Data is used with such Google Application or Google Service in a way that Customer’s Subscribers can benefit from the Premium Location Data in the same way (or greater way) than other users of the applicable Google Application or Google Service and provided further that Google’s use shall be expressly subject to Section 2.3 of Rider K.

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • Receivable Schedule The information set forth in the Receivable Schedule was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date, and no selection procedures believed to be adverse to the Depositor and/or the Noteholders were utilized in selecting the Receivables from those retail installment sale contracts which met the criteria contained in this Receivables Purchase Agreement. The information set forth in the data tape or other listing regarding the Receivables made available to the Depositor and its assigns was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date.

  • Determining Number of Billable Accounts The Open Account Fee and the Closed Account Fee shall be paid only with respect to accounts serviced directly by the Transfer Agent and not with respect to accounts serviced by third parties pursuant to omnibus account service or sub-accounting agreements, as provided in Section 2.04 of the Agreement. Notwithstanding that the Transfer Agent does not collect an Open Account Fee on accounts serviced by third parties pursuant to omnibus account service or sub-accounting agreements, any Small Account Fees collected on such accounts shall be subtracted as provided above under “Open Account Fee.”

  • Remittance Processing Services In order to provide a means of collection of the Receivables which will allow the Trustee to receive the proceeds of the Receivables and related security without AmeriCredit or its Affiliates having access to the funds, the parties hereto agree for the benefit of the Trustee that the processing services (the “Service(s)”) of Processor will be used for the collection and the deposit of remittances related to the Receivables and related security.

  • Customer Service As between Fig and Developer, Developer shall be solely responsible for providing and maintaining customer service and technical support in the Territory to Distributors and end users with respect to the Licensed Game (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Distributors and end-users of Fig pursuant to Fig Sales (as defined below)). Such customer service and technical support shall be of a quality that is comparable to such customer service and technical support as Developer provides for its other “top-tier” titles.
