Common use of Premium Prices Clause in Contracts

Premium Prices. Whenever Material is not readily obtainable at prices specified in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 of this Section IV because of national emergencies, strikes or other unusual causes over which Operator has no control, Operator may charge the Joint Account for the required Material at Operator's actual cost incurred procuring such Material, in making it suitable for use, and moving it to the License Area.
