Premium Remittance – Fixed Products. You shall immediately forward to the Company or its designee any premium, entire or partial, received with an application or otherwise delivered to you. You may only accept cash or cash equivalents, such as a money order or cashier’s check, in accordance with applicable Company policy, which ordinarily prohibits acceptance of cash or cash equivalents in any amount in connection with the sale of annuity contracts and prohibits acceptance of cash or cash equivalents in excess of $500 in connection with the sale of insurance policies. Moreover, you may not, under any circumstances, accept more than ten thousand (US) dollars in cash or cash equivalents in connection with any transaction in any insurance product issued by the Company, without the Company’s prior written approval. You may not accept cash or cash-equivalents as payment for Registered Products. If the first premium is paid to you on delivery of a policy, you shall at once remit it to the Company or its designee. You have no right or authority to receive or collect moneys for or on behalf of the Company at any time for any purpose except the initial premium on insurance procured by you or Financial Professionals appointed to you and necessary to put such insurance in force. However, the Company may, at its discretion, permit you to collect deferred first year and renewal premiums as and when they mature. Premiums remitted through negotiable instruments such as checks shall be made payable to the Company. All moneys, negotiable instruments, or assets you receive for or on behalf of the Company shall be held by you as trustee for the Company and shall not be used by you for any personal or other purposes whatsoever but shall be immediately remitted to the Company.   • Remittance Processing Services In order to provide a means of collection of the Receivables which will allow the Trustee to receive the proceeds of the Receivables and related security without AmeriCredit or its Affiliates having access to the funds, the parties hereto agree for the benefit of the Trustee that the processing services (the “Service(s)”) of Processor will be used for the collection and the deposit of remittances related to the Receivables and related security.

  • Customer Remittances Obligors of the Receivables will be directed by AmeriCredit to forward their remittances to Processor at a post office address (the “Lockbox”) assigned by Processor. Processor, acting for the exclusive benefit of the Trustee, shall have unrestricted and exclusive access to the mail directed to this address. AmeriCredit agrees to notify Processor thirty (30) days in advance of any change in Obligor remittance statements and/or mailing schedule.

  • Collections Payment Processing Remittance (a) Collection Efforts, Policies, Procedures.

  • Remittance Reports; P&I Advances (a) On the second Business Day prior to the related Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trust Administrator, the Paying Agent and the Trustee by telecopy (or by such other means as the Master Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Trust Administrator and the Trustee may agree from time to time) a Remittance Report with respect to the related Distribution Date. Such Remittance Report will include (i) the amount of P&I Advances to be made by the Master Servicer in respect of the related Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of P&I Advances outstanding after giving effect to such P&I Advances, and the aggregate amount of Nonrecoverable P&I Advances in respect of such Distribution Date and (ii) such other information with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trust Administrator or the Paying Agent may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary for the Paying Agent to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.01 and for the Trust Administrator to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.02; provided, however, that if the Master Servicer is not the Trust Administrator, the Master Servicer will forward to the successor Trust Administrator the information set forth in clause (i) above on the next Business Day following the latest related Determination Date and the information set forth in clause (ii) above on the fifth Business Day following the last day of the related calendar month. Neither the Trustee, the Paying Agent nor the Trust Administrator shall be responsible to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Master Servicer.

  • Remittance Date The 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of any month.

  • Remittance Reports; Advances (a) On the second Business Day following each Determination Date but in no event later than the earlier of (i) such date which would allow the indenture trustee to submit a claim to the NIMS Insurer under the Indenture so as to allow a timely payment by the NIMS Insurer under the insurance policy related to the notes insured by the NIMS Insurer and (ii) the 20th day of each month (or if such 20th day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day), the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer by telecopy or electronic mail (or by such other means as the Master Servicer and the Trustee may agree from time to time) a Remittance Report with respect to the related Distribution Date. Not later than the 20th day of each month (or if such 20th day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day), the Master Servicer shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee in addition to the information provided on the Remittance Report, such other information reasonably available to it with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trustee may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.01 and to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.03. The Trustee shall not be responsible to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Master Servicer.

  • Remittance Reports (a) The Remittance Report for each Distribution Date shall identify the following items, in addition to the items specified in Section 4.01 of the Standard Terms:

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • Remittance Reports; Advances by the Master Servicer (a) By 11:00 A.M. New York time the Business Day following each Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee a report, prepared as of the close of business on the Determination Date (the "Determination Date Report"), by telecopy or in a mutually agreeable electronic format. The Determination Date Report and any written information supplemental thereto shall include such information with respect to the Mortgage Loans that is reasonably available to the Master Servicer and that is required by the Trustee for purposes of making the calculations referred to in the following paragraph, as set forth in written specifications or guidelines issued by the Trustee from time to time. Not later than 2:00 P.M. New York time on the Certificate Account Deposit Date, the Trustee shall furnish by telecopy to the Master Servicer a statement (the information in such statement to be made available to Certificateholders or the Depositor by the Master Servicer on request) setting forth (i) the Available Distribution Amount, (ii) the amounts required to be withdrawn from the Custodial Account and deposited into the Certificate Account on the immediately succeeding Certificate Account Deposit Date pursuant to clause (iii) of Section 4.01 (a); and (iii) such other information with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trustee may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.01 and to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.02. The determination by the Trustee of such amounts shall, in the absence of obvious error, be presumptively deemed to be correct for all purposes hereunder.

  • Distribution Assistance Fees (Asset-Based Sales Charge) Within ten (10) days of the end of each month or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.75% on an annual basis of the average during the month of the aggregate net asset value of Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Asset-Based Sales Charge”) outstanding until such Shares are redeemed or converted to another class of shares of the Fund, provided, however, that a majority of the Independent Trustees may, but are not obligated to, set a time period (the “Fund Maximum Holding Period”) from time to time for such payments. Such Asset-Based Sales Charge payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing distribution assistance in connection with the sale of Shares. The distribution assistance to be rendered by the Distributor in connection with the Shares may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: (i) paying sales commissions to any broker, dealer, bank or other person or entity that sells Shares, and/or paying such persons “Advance Service Fee Payments” (as defined below) in advance of, and/or in amounts greater than, the amount provided for in Section 3(b) of this Agreement; (ii) paying compensation to and expenses of personnel of the Distributor who support distribution of Shares by Recipients; (iii) obtaining financing or providing such financing from its own resources, or from an affiliate, for the interest and other borrowing costs of the Distributor's unreimbursed expenses incurred in rendering distribution assistance and administrative support services to the Fund; and (iv) paying other direct distribution costs, including without limitation the costs of sales literature, advertising and prospectuses (other than those prospectuses furnished to current holders of the Fund's shares ("Shareholders")) and state "blue sky" registration expenses.
