Common use of Premiums and Deductible Clause in Contracts

Premiums and Deductible. Surveyor shall be responsible for payment of premiums for all of the insurance coverages required under this section. Surveyor further agrees that for each claim, suit or action made against insurance provided hereunder, with respect to all matters for which the Surveyor is responsible hereunder, Surveyor shall be solely responsible for all deductibles and self-insured retentions. Any deductibles or self-insured retentions over $200,000 in the Surveyor’s insurance must be declared and approved in writing by County in advance.
