Prepaid Balance. (1) You must maintain a sufficient prepaid balance amount with New Jersey E-ZPass to cover applicable tolls and fees charged to your Account each time that you use your New Jersey E-ZPass tag(s).

Prepaid Balance. (a) For certainty, the Prepaid Balance as of the Effective Date shall reflect all recoupment adjustments made through such date pursuant to Section 7.1 of the Original Offtake Agreement. Upon the Effective Date, the Prepaid Balance as of such date shall be set forth where indicated on Schedule 2.
