Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.
Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.

REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCTS, PARTS, OR COMPONENTS Where the Contractor is required to repair, replace or substitute Product or parts or components of the Product under the Contract, the repaired, replaced or substituted Products shall be subject to all terms and conditions for new parts and components set forth in the Contract including warranties, as set forth in the Warranties clause herein. Replaced or repaired Product or parts and components of such Product shall be new and shall, if available, be replaced by the original manufacturer’s component or part. Remanufactured parts or components meeting new Product standards may be permitted by the Commissioner or Authorized User.
