Wireless Devices definition

Wireless Devices means various devices, including, but not limited to, cellular phones, personal digital assistants and pagers, that receive and/or transmit voice, data or video signals through the radio spectrum exclusively and in connection with other technologies (such as the Internet).
Wireless Devices means wireless devices that are enabled to access T-Mobile’s wireless network or, in the case of tablet devices, any wireless network.
Wireless Devices means multifunctional devices whose primary purpose or functionality is to access, or is primarily reliant on access to, Wireless Services (by way of example, but without limitation in any respect, mobile telephone handsets, smartphones, dongles/ air cards, netbooks, handheld electronic book reader such as the Amazon Kindle device, femtocell devices and future generations of such devices and does not include devices which are customarily primarily reliant on side loading as opposed to Wireless Services for their functionality such as laptops, or electronic book readers which do not have wireless access). For the avoidance of doubt, the definitions of “Ancillary Wireless Devices” and “Wireless Devices” are intended to be, and shall be construed as being, mutually exclusive;

Wireless Devices means subscriber units or handsets or other wireless telecommunication equipment whose primary purpose or functionality is to access or is reliant on access to Wireless Services.

  • Access Device means a card, plate, code, account number, per- sonal identification number, electronic serial number, mobile identi- fication number, or other telecommunications service, equipment, or instrument identifier or means of account access that alone or in conjunction with another device may be used to:

  • Telecommunications Access Device means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.219a, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunication Access Device" is defined to mean any of the following:

"New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Assistive Devices means any category of durable medical equipment, mechanical apparatus, electrical appliance, or instrument of technology used to assist and enhance an individual's independence in performing any activity of daily living. Assistive devices include the use of service animals, general household items, or furniture to assist the individual.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Consumables and medical devices means (consumables) items that require regular replacement (e.g. batteries) to keep a medical device (such as a hearing aid) operational. Many medical devices require consumables.

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement.   • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.
