PREPARATION OF BIDS. 4.1.1 Submit the bids on the Bid Forms included with the Bidding Documents. 4.1.2 Submit the original Bid Form for each bid. Bid Forms may be removed from the project manual for this purpose. 4.1.3 Execute all blanks on the Bid Form in a non-erasable medium (typewriter or manually in ink). 4.1.4 Where so indicated by the makeup on the Bid Form, express sums in both words and figures, in case of discrepancy between the two, the written amount shall govern. 4.1.5 Interlineations, alterations or erasures must be initialed by the signer of the Bid.
