Preparatory and finishing work. If the employer and a salaried employee have expressly agreed that the salaried employee will on a daily basis carry out preparatory work and finishing work of at least 12 minutes and the salary has not been determined taking this into consideration, the salaried employee shall be compensated by three holiday days in addition to the holiday mandated by law.
