Preparing of Orders. 2.1 The Partner ensures that the Goods are prepared, handled and stored in accordance with all requirements arising from applicable law at all times up to and including the time of delivery of the ordered Goods to the Client or handing-over Goods directly to a Client in case of a Client self pick-up service. The Partner’s obligation to comply with all applicable law requirements includes (without limitation) all rules and regulations governing the time, temperature or other methods required for food hygiene and safety in case the Goods contain food and compliance with any additional rules applicable to handling and sale of controlled Goods under the local laws.
