Common use of Prerequisites for Payment Approval Clause in Contracts

Prerequisites for Payment Approval. The Department will approve the payment of the Funding Amount to the Recipient provided: the Department has received, reviewed and approved the Final Report and other Submission Items under clauses 4.5(a) or 4.5(b), as applicable; the Recipient has submitted a Tax Invoice that meets the requirements of clauses 5.2(a) and 5.2(b); any additional information requested by the Department under clause 5.2(c) has been provided to the Department's satisfaction; and the Department is satisfied that the Recipient has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement.
